3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Datapriz offers competitive rates for both domestic and expedited shipping. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (please check the website for current details).

4. Domestic Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international locations, and we will notify our customers when international shipping becomes available.

For domestic orders, we use trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

5. Shipping Address

It is essential that you provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please double-check your address to ensure timely delivery. Datapriz is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice any errors in your shipping details after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@datapriz.net, and we will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date via the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2-3 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team at info@datapriz.net, and we will investigate.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated shipping estimate.

Please be aware that shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) may have their own policies regarding delays, and Datapriz is not responsible for any delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

In the case of damaged items, we may request photos of the damage and other supporting documentation. If the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that shipping times to these addresses may take longer than standard deliveries. Please check with your local postal service for estimated delivery times.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Datapriz reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate our shipping policies or if fraud is suspected. Additionally, we may restrict the shipment of certain items based on specific regulations or if a delivery address is deemed undeliverable by the carrier.

Currently, Datapriz only offers shipping within the United States. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping services internationally. Once international shipping becomes available, we will update our policy and notify our customers accordingly.
