At DATAPRIZ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund process. Please read the policy below for full details.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).

We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged, or altered.
DATAPRIZ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email contact@datapriz.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Get Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and return address.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it to the provided address.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Amount Refunded: You will receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you paid with PayPal, your refund will go to your PayPal account.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or variety):

Contact us with your order number and desired exchange.

If the requested item is in stock, we will process the exchange.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping fees will be covered by DATAPRIZ in this case.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards or discount vouchers

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Underwear, swimwear, or any intimate personal items
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless:

The item is damaged, or

The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50.
8. International Returns
For returns from outside the UK:

DATAPRIZ is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
